We believe it is important that you know how we treat the information we receive on the Internet about you. Therefore, this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) outlines the information that we may collect from you and how we may use that information. By visiting and using the Site, you indicate that you have read, agree to and accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personally-Identifiable Information
In general, you can visit our Site on the World Wide Web without disclosing any Personally Identifiable Information. Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. When you submit personal contact information on a contact form, you may voluntarily submit PII that can be used to contact or identify you and administer your account. If you do not wish to provide us with your PII, please do not submit it to us.

When you provide us with PII, we may use that information in the following ways: we may use the PII in connection with legal compliance purposes; as stated in the “Assignability” section below; to respond to your inquiries, process your requests or allow you to access specific account information; in connection with the administration and operation of any sweepstakes, contest or promotion entered into by you; we may store and process the PII to better understand your needs and how we can improve our products and services; we may transfer your PII across country borders within our company (but at all times in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any national privacy requirements associated with such country); and/or we may provide other third parties with aggregate, but not individual, data about visitors to, or users of, our Site.

We may employ third party service providers to provide services on our behalf or to perform services related to administration of the Site (including, without limitation, maintenance, hosting and database management services, web analytics, payment processing and administration). These third parties have access to your PII only to the extent necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use your Personal Information for any other purpose. We do not market, sell or rent PII to third parties. Except as provided elsewhere in this policy, ACE will not disclose your PII obtained through the Site to third parties outside of ACE and its service providers, affiliates, vendors and business partners unless ACE has the good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (1) cooperate with law enforcement authorities or comply with legal process served on ACE; (2) protect the property and rights ACE, its affiliates or a third party; (3) protect the safety of the public or any person; (4) to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable; (5) complete, as permitted by law, a business sale, asset transfer, merger, acquisition or reorganization; or (6) fix or debug problems with the Site servers, software or service.

In some cases, our web servers may automatically collect certain non-PII about you when you connect or link to the Site. Examples of this type of non-PII include the domain names, I.P. addresses, the type of web browser you are using, and the type of computer operating system you are using. One manner of collecting such information is through cookies, which are small bits of data cached or stored on your computer based on Internet activity. You disable cookies by adjusting the settings on your web browser. Please be aware that if you reject the use of cookies, you may not be able to use the full functionality of a Site. By using the Site without disabling cookies you are consenting to the use of cookies and other automatic data collection technology. We use this information to measure the use of the Site and to improve the content of the Site.

We may share aggregated information that includes non-identifying information and log data with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling, and to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services, all for the sole benefit of ACE. Site users shall not be entitled to any compensation stemming from such aggregated or non-identifying information.

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any PII from children under thirteen years of age. We encourage parents to instruct their children to use their personal data in a safe and responsible manner while using the Internet. If we discover that a child under the age of thirteen (13) years has provided us with PII, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that child’s PII from our systems.

In the event that we make a material change to our policy we will not use PII in a manner materially different than as described in the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the information was collected, unless there is prior consent.
