ACE Laboratories Hires Mike Hunter as Senior Laboratory Technologist

Ravenna OH, April 9, 2018 – ACE Laboratories announced the hiring of Mike Hunter as senior laboratory technologist recently. Hunter’s new position at ACE includes being responsible for handling day-to-day laboratory activities, supporting ACE in its LIMS implementation and assisting and supporting the A2LA ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation team. Doug Foster, laboratory manager at ACE Laboratories, made the announcement.

“We’re very excited to welcome Mike to the team at ACE,” said Doug Foster. “The knowledge that he possesses with respect to materials testing is on display almost daily, making him a perfect fit. Mike’s familiarity with so many different methods and pieces of equipment has really helped the ACE laboratory expansion go smoothly.”

Hunter comes from an A2LA ISO 17025 accredited facility and brings thirty-two years of rubber lab experience to ACE. His rich work history and background in all areas of the laboratory provide considerable value especially throughout the A2LA ISO 17025 accreditation process. Additionally, he spent an abundance of time training and consulting with technicians to support other laboratories through their accreditation startup phase.

Currently, Mike lives in Silver Lake, OH with his wife and is the father of two adult children.
